- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Opened bottles are eligible (we understand you need to try the product)
- Refund applies to product cost only; original shipping costs are non-refundable
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Our team will provide you with a return shipping address
- Ship the product back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@vitalforcepro.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or quantity, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
